Have always had great and quick service from Able.
Alan repaired our fridge. He knew what the issue was right away and was so nice and professional. Then Able called to follow up a couple weeks later to make sure everything was still working well. That kind of customer service is top notch. Will definitely use this company again.

I've used Able for several years and always have excellent service. Rick has always been my service guy and been so honest and helpful. This last call came at a time when I needed to leave town the next day. Parts were required and Rick made an extra effort to order and pick up the parts to get back the next morning to install them so that I could leave town with my dryer repaired and ready to go.

Jaramie came and diagnosed two problems 1. Icemaker not making ice in refrigerator and 2. leaking dishwasher. He was on time and courteous. He diagnosed my problem but didn't have the parts available to fix the problem, so he came back on Saturday morning to fix the two issues. Both were fixed and we're not having any more issues with either. Previously we had spent $120+ for another repairman to fix our issue and he couldn't even diagnosis the problem much less fix it, so Jeremy was spot on. We were looking for a good appli... read more

We have used Able Appliance twice now, and have been very satisfied with their prompt response and courteous employees, both on the phone and in person. Rick was especially helpful on our last service call, and assured me that the problem with my refrigerator would not happen again, as he installed a higher grade part than the original part that failed. We would highly recommend this company!

Allen, our service guy was pleasant, on time and knew just what to do for our icemaker. Excellent service at a very reasonable price. Appreciated all Allen did and that Able could get to us so quickly. Glad to know they do ac/heating as well. Will be calling on them for my furnace check up!
