Last week we had a problem with our Samsung ice maker not producing ice cubes. The very next day Tim from Abel Appliance Repair addressed the problem immediately. He made a quick call to replace the nonfunctioning part & was kind and professional about picking up the part and installing it the same afternoon. We were beyond pleased with their prompt service,they found the best possible price on the replacement piece, they explained what and how the piece broke, and gave me honest feedback! They also suggested some great advice when buying new appliances, which we will start doing! We felt like it was more of a partnership rather than a typical "service call." Highly recommend!

My refrigerator went out right before my daughter's graduation party. Able was able to send someone right out (Tim) and he was able to diagnose the problem and repair it that day. He called later the same day to make sure things were working. I will definitely call Able again for any appliance repair.
