Had Able App. out to fix back flow of water from its drain and ice cube maker not working. ***** the worker they sent out said it needs new icemaker, and steam out the frozen drain .turns out that not the icemaker,and a few weeks later the drain is still pluged. What a waste of money to have this company out.
Do not recommend!! Unless you get a labor quote up front. Knew the compressor was out before they came out. Replaced compressor, was there less than an hour and charged $900 labor. Just be informed before you use.
We had the same problem as another customer. Our ice maker went out two years ago. Able replaced it. It just went out again. We ordered one and it was put in. The new ice maker still isnt working. That alone is frustrating. My problem is with the customer service when you call. They are rude! I had a Dr *********** and had to leave. My husband came home from work without pay to wait for them to show up to fix the ice maker that still doesnt work from last week when the new one was put in. Technician **** did a lousy job. Most of the screws were not replaced, A wire connection was not put on tight causing it to arc and burn. I was able to fix it myself thanks to ******** ********* not proficient in the trade.Basically got screwed out of $228.00.

Called prior to coming out, ordered correct part, returned to fix appliance in just a few days
Came out. Put in new parts. Problem fixed. One week later the refrigerator drawers filled with water. Could never get them to come back after three weeks of contact.
They would come to Lawson, Mo from Kearney ,Mo . Lawson is only 15 miles away. We had a LG washer that needed a drain pump. I can't do it because I am disabled. We could not really afford a new washer but had too. Thanks Able. My wife talked to them and she said they were rude. And talked like Lawson was sum. I wish there was a lower star besides one I would give it to them.
