My wife and I reached out to ACA Group because we wanted to cancel our timeshare. It took a little time to complete the termination but every time we spoke with ACA they assured us that they will successfully cancel our timeshare. We are so happy because they were true to their word.
I would recommend ACA for anyone looking to terminate time share contract, efficient prompt, everyone I dealt with was polite and informative, a good experience, ty so much!
Great service from ACA Group. I was concerned that this was going to end badly, that they were going to take my money and then end up saying "sorry, we just couldn't get you out of the timeshare." Happily, that did not happen and now I am an ex-owner of that timeshare--yeah!
We were thoroughly impressed with our service from these guys. We were very skeptical of it being a scam at first, but we were so desperate to get rid of our timeshare, and felt trapped. After a phone call with our representative we felt better about the whole thing. We were given regular updates on the progress, and then very recently received the confirmation and paperwork that they were successful in relieving us of our timeshare ownership.

This company convinced my elderly husband to pay over $8000 to get rid of one timeshare, and that was well past 3 years ago. Still nothing has happened. They also encouraged him to stop paying the monthly premiums and now we owe thousands to the timeshare. Come to find out, as of 2021 or so, the timeshare had a free deed back program that we could have participated in for no cost. This company is a total scam.

Buyer Beware These guys can act like high pressure time share sales people in sheeps clothing.Just had a couple of calls with a guy named **** from the ACA Group about canceling Time Shares. I got to say I really felt I was getting the same high pressure sales pitch that Time Share Salesmen are unfortunately known for. He offered illusionary discounts that came and went and came again. Been working with ACA for 2-3 years and keep getting the same story. The attorneys are working on it but it will take another 6 months. Paid them lots of money wish they could get it done.

ACA Group was hired on April 2025 at a price of $10,475.00 with the expectation that I would be released from my timeshare within 36 months with a money back guarantee if *** could not get it done. In August 2025, ACA Group called me and asked if they could offer an additional $5000 to the resort as an offer of good faith and then they may release me from the timeshare contract.
