I called ACA group extremely stressed out and totally lost because I couldn't get out of my timeshare and I was very scared. they were polite they always answered the phone. What a wonderful company my timeshare is canceled they did everything for me they kept me informed even though I was skeptical but they were so nice and got the job done I am I'm share free thank you ACA group I highly recommend this company

It was a relief to hear from concerned professionals that trying to get out of our timeshare is a troubling but not impossible feat. The cost was considerably higher than we expected but the process was simple and we were informed at each step.After just a few months, the result is that we are now free and clear of the timeshare and will advise everyone we know against getting involved in timeshares.
Everyone seems polite and interested in case. They called me about a contact person for my case. They gave me 3 different people in the same phone call. Not sure who to call The early process was a little slow. Took them 3 weeks to decide if they wanted to take my case. Seems like a good company but a little expensive. Cost of hiring ACA depends on the amount of money still owed on timeshare. I owe ****** and the cost is $7000. They will finance there cost of payments.
I only gave 4/5 because I didnt actually go through with it, but what I did experience was 5/5. I actually did get a loan with their bank to pay off my TS. I had a three day period where I could change my mind. I ended up changing my mind because the resort let me out at a cheaper rate. However ACA did not give me any grief about canceling. They sent me an email confirming my cancellation right then and they also contacted the bank and told them I cancelled and wouldnt need the loan anymore. We are so grateful for the work the ACA Group did to releave ** from the financial burden of a timeshare we never used. They were a great group very professional and kept ** up to date on their progress. we got the news sooner than anticipated that we were no longer owners and no more maintenance fees. Today we are celebrating the dissolution of our timeshare. We owe it all to ACA! I can't tell you what it means to not have to pay for something that we can't and don't use! We put our faith in this group and we got a call that it was ALL GONE! No more maintenance fees, no more phone calls about not enough points, or not available.
