Whenever you go to a Timeshare presentation they make everything sound so good. And it can be if you are wanting to use them regularly. Your life changes, you can't travel like you once could. You need to sell the Timeshare, but you can't. No one wants to buy it. And then after a few years the truth starts to come out. You realize that you could be stuck with it for life. This companys web site says that they have an A+ rating with the BBB, but this site says they are not rated. You would think a Lawyer based service would know better than to make false assertions! Be careful!

As bad of a trap as the time share companies they deal with. You cant cancel even if they havent done one thing for you yet, even if you lose your job and cant afford them any longer. Beware!
ACA was very prompt in calling ** back and explaining their process. I decided not to use them after I did some homework and found out about a buy back option from another website. I only owed 700 on my timeshare and ****** bought it back and got another ***************************************** on the service for over 5k, they should be more upfront about all your options not just making a sale. This company has been calling me for quite a while trying to get me to use them to cancel my timeshare. After spending about an hour and a half in two different phone calls with them I asked to see a copy of the agreement I would be signing so I can review and get back to them in a couple of days. The representative refused to send the agreement and told me he wasn't sure who I was and for all they know I could work for the timeshare company. You guys call every week. You know my name so it's not an accidental dial. I have never in my life had a timeshare or even inquired about one. If you aren't a scam then you're just a real pain in the ***. I'm sure we'll talk again next week.
