My wife and I reached out to ACA Group because we wanted to cancel our timeshare. It took a little time to complete the termination but every time we spoke with ACA they assured us that they will successfully cancel our timeshare. We are so happy because they were true to their word.

Great service from ACA Group. I was concerned that this was going to end badly, that they were going to take my money and then end up saying "sorry, we just couldn't get you out of the timeshare." Happily, that did not happen and now I am an ex-owner of that timeshare--yeah!

We were thoroughly impressed with our service from these guys. We were very skeptical of it being a scam at first, but we were so desperate to get rid of our timeshare, and felt trapped. After a phone call with our representative we felt better about the whole thing. We were given regular updates on the progress, and then very recently received the confirmation and paperwork that they were successful in relieving us of our timeshare ownership.

Found out through *********** (our timeshare company) that ACA Group has never contacted them in connection with canceling our timeshare. Holiday Inn will be doing a foreclosure NOT your company so you got paid $10,000 by us over a year ago & we still own it & get *************** calls constantly because we havent paid our membership dues, maintenance fees or taxes. Timeshare cancellation should not take longer than 3 months weve been told my others yet our has been in your hands for well over a year, unbelievable!!! Holiday... read more

Bluegreen Time Share: Gimmick I am a Disabled American Veteran, I served three years in **** as a Parachute Rigger and a Naval Gunfire Spotter with six months in ******** and was discharged medically with 100% Disability. I was approached by a person at ************* to buy a three day vacation to *************; I did not use this for a long time and they kept sending me emails to take the vacation, eventually I went on Veterans Day of 2024. I checked in at a place in ******, **. Where the ********* representatives gave me i... read more

This company called me to help me exit my timeshare. On the initial screening call I explained this was an inherited time share and that I was the sole person on the deed. I apparently passed the initial screening as they set up an hour long call for today with a senior specialist. Their 15 minute advance call to confirm said since I was married my wife had to be part of the call. That was not explained before they set the call up and is unnecessary as the property is deeded in my name only. Turns out this has been a total w... read more

So another 100% fake company, of course I qualify for their services, who in the timeshare world does not qualify for their services? So at the end of being "approved" process I am asked for credit card information. There is no reason why they need my credit card info to send the proposed contract. If I accept their services sure I need to provide my CC info, but to look at the proposed contract NO I don't to provide my CC info. My privacy it 100% mine until I sign the contract with them. So my advice is STAY AWAY just anoth... read more

They are THE WORST company I've ever dealt with. First you get a representative to get you into the program and then you get many others from the company calling you either for payment or to tell you the same stories that you just heard from someone else. Then if you don't pay, you're told lies from all and the first representative, that told you to call him if you had any questions, can't be contacted, The run-around they give you makes you want to scream and they don't want to lose the money that you're to pay so you have ... read more
