Since the start of our relationship with the ACA Group they have been very professional, friendly and easy to communicate with, they kept us informed every step of the way. I've talked with five companies that claim to get clients out of timeshare. ACA Group was the only one that did not treat me like the timeshare companies with long presentations and patronizing attempts to get me to commit to their process of extracting me from the deceit of the timeshare industry. Its representatives were professional and my qualifications for working with them were concrete and clear.

Took a little longer than expected and it wasn't cheap, but they gave great communication with frequent updates on the status of the case. Everyone was always super friendly and helpful along the way. Best of all they got us out of our BG timeshare and we don't have to pay for that sham anymore! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to escape from any timeshare.

I liked how much they wanted to help with my case at hand. They were very thorough in explaining the process. I did not care for the hastiness in the payment of the lawyers fee after discussing the details of the case. It be nice if a possible client could have at least a day or so to think over what they are getting into. Especially when it comes to having to take a loan out to pay the lawyers fee.
