When I first started the process I was really scared. I didn't know how this whole thing was going to go. I already felt taken advantage of by the timeshare company. It's been 11 months now I we just got our notice that we are no longer responsible for the timeshare! Thank you ACA Group!

So far, so good. Everyone I have spoke with is very polite and professional. Time will tell if they remove me from all timeshare liabilities like they claimed they could. If they do, I will come back and do a 5 star rating.

ACA group did an awesome job in my timeshare cancellation. They kept me informed and got this done for me in 1 year, versus the 3 years they say it could take. I am very pleased.

ACA group was able to cancel our timeshare. The process took almost a year to complete but they kept good communications on regular intervals letting us know where all stands, what has been done and what the next steps were. We're thrilled to be out of the timeshare scam.

I did my research but I was still skeptical at first paying up front for services and not really knowing what you will get.
