We've been bringing our dogs (and recently our new cat) to Acacia Animal Hospital for over three years now, and I can't say enough good things about this place. Since 1968, they've clearly perfected the art of compassionate, high-quality veterinary care. What a wonderful animal clinic. Dr Atria is amazing, compassionate, patient and understanding we have a very aggressive and difficult cat but he is treated extremely well. Dr Atria and the entire staff spends allot of time with the cat and us explaining his condition and treatment. They are very accommodating with scheduling and pleasant and friendly. Brought our dog to Dr Laurie Phillips at Acacia Animal Hospital per a friend's strong recommendation. We had wanted to switch to have a veterinarian closer to home. Fortunately, we were able to get a same day appointment. The office staff was welcoming and very kind. We experienced a short wait to see the doctor, but our appointment started promptly at the time it was set. The vet technician was very gentle with our dog and answered our questions. My sweet, rescue greyhound Finn MacCool has been a patient of Acacia for seven years. All of the Vets, Techs, Manager and Support Team have treated him like he was their own dog since the first day we visited. Everyone is super kind, patient and talented! Finn experienced an urgent situation while boarding at a super place when I was out of the country. The manger of the boarding lodge called Acacia and was advised to bring him right over. My puppy tore her nail pretty badly on Saturday. Called my normal vet and they were too busy and only offered an ER VET in Fort Lauderdale. Since we were former patients of Acacia I called to see if we could get in. Although very busy, they made room for her. Dr Fecteau was able to see her right away and showed sympathy for our poor puppy. She was happy to help fix her nail and explain the aftercare.
