It has gone fine so far. It does take them a while to get here. Once you call in a problem, it could be a week before they're going to show up. Everything else is fine. I wasn't here. My neighbor watches the house, he is a Phoenix policeman. He came in and he found a shelter tube hanging from the ceiling in the master bath. So I called them to come out. It had to be on a Friday when he was off. It took them 3 or 4 weeks before they could match up with him. They didn't go up in the attic which I thought they should have. I do... read more

.It went super. They got rid of the tunnels and termites and we haven't seen them anymore. <br /> We were happy to find a company that was professional and knowledgeable! <br /> We bought a 10 year warranty so they will come out each year and check and treat as needed. <br />
The service was very good. They are very good. I will use them in the future.
They showed up on time. This is a 10 year plan, I have only had one spray so far.
Everything was excellent except for the finishing work; a 2nd person came out and re-did the finishing work a few days later. Ask the person who does the foaming to drill holes at the floor boards and not randomly 6" to 8" above the floorboards, and to fill the holes with spackle and not some translucent material that "can be painted over." The person who came out to re-do the finishing agreed with me; he did a great job with the spacle and now the holes are not noticeable - whereas before they stood out like a sore thumb in... read more
The big issue I had with them was spilling the termite treatment. I wasn't very happy about the slopiness, I have pets and the treatment is highly toxic. I followed up with them about the spill, but they weren't able to fix it. They came out and consoled me about it and that made feel a little better. It’s been good so far. They have been thorough. I still have one more service left. I haven’t encountered any other fees.I feel the price is great!
