The service went well and they did a great job. They sent someone out first to explain what they were doing for the treatments. They also discussed with me why the previous treatments did not work which I really appreciated.
Found termite tubes hanging in my closet. Called Action Termite and the sales rep, Jeremy came out within a couple of days. Within the week the treatment was completed. It only took one morning for the entire house, inside and out, to be treated. The workmen left everything clean and picked up.
Action Termite came back to my home to inspect it for termites at my request. It wasn't quite time for this inspection as it will be done once a year and a year had not gone by yet but I was seeing signs that the termites were still lurking. Action termite showed up at the appointed time and proceeded to accomplish the task of treating the house in order to prevent termite infestation. The technician fully explained what he was doing and answered any questions that I had. Excellent service and a great warranty. <br />

I set up an appointment with Action Termite to inspect our house for termites. The inspector arrive on the date and time agreed on. He did a complete inspection of the house inside and out and showed us where we had termite tubes. He explained the process and warranty.
