This is a very professional company with high integrity. The unit being treated had much more linear feet of treatment than is typical for the square footage (I used their coupon, which had a square feet max, but not a linear feet max so I was not aware of this difference prior to their visit). Was initially scheduled for 12-2 pm, but had a cancellation and called to see if he could come by at an earlier time; which worked for me. Zach explained the process as he progressed from the interior of the house to the front and back yard areas...seems he's wanted to work in this industry since he was 12...very customer-service oriented...used some powder to treat the door at the end of the job...and provided me a few pointers afterwards...yeah, I'd use the company again over the larger pest control services because of the... read more

I haven’t seen any termites as far as I can tell. I assume it works, I'll find out over the coming years. It was good. The guy did what he needed to do. He told me where he had to drill a hole and all is fine. He differentiated between termite sites. I have no complaints whatsoever. Part of the deal required an annual re-inspection for I think about $50 and that’s probably fine anyway to get your house inspected periodically. As far as I know, everything was done satisfactorily. The main reason why I purchased it is I think it’s a good value. The work was done and I don’t think that they try to sell anything else. I didn’t have any issues since the service was done. He seemed to think that the job they did will take care of the issue. I think the price was half price or something.

Everything went smoothly and on time as scheduled..the staff were polite and friendly and cleaned up after themselves!! Wonderful experience and good price as well. <br /> I would definitely recommend Action Termite and feel confidant that they will take care of any future termite issues. <br />
