Brent was prompt and professional. I messaged several services asking for a quote for the job. I knew immediately upon receiving Brent's reply that I would go with MasterTech. He gave me the extra information that I would likely need to remove the hive after exterminating the bees. He was the only supplier to inform me of all the details up front and I appreciated it greatly. He was right. He did the job of exterminating the bees and cut the wall to remove the hive. I ordered the service in the morning, about 9. Two hours later I received a phone call stating they could provide the service today if that was convenient for me. I had noted that weekends would be better for me since I work all week and don't get home until after 4. The young man was here by 12:30 and gone by 1:00. Inside and outside-around the house and around the walls surrounding the property. Very happy with the company. Very professional, punctual, and communicated nicely with each other and myself. <br />
It is a big deal purchase with Action Termite Control for pest control and exterminating it is Termidor termite treatment prevention and 10-year warranty for $759. It was just the one time when they came down. It was last year it’s between Thanksgiving and Christmas probably in December. No additional cost of service. They came in when they were supposed to.
