They did not clean up after themselves as they were in a hurry to get in and get out. They did need to restore the area and they did not do that upon leaving. They were on time for the service.
The experience turned out very well. They came out and did everything as advertised. They were pretty honest and they did not recommend interior service.
I have a small house(1000SF)and one car garage and they covered both buildings with the Big Deal Special. I now have a 10 year transferrable warranty and feel confident that Action was the right way to go. Thanks Angie

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and so far, so good. Everything worked out good. They came out and drilled all the holes all the way around. They did the whole job. When we have suspicionof anything we call and they come out to check. They did exactly what they told me they were going to do and he did not want to take any chance with termites. Richard came out and confirmed the presence of the termites. He also did a thorough check of the entire property to make sure we hadn't missed any. He returned the next day to perfomr the treatment, on time and in a professional manner. <br />
I needed a quick inspection of a home I was interested in buying. Although RJ is a busy fellow, he made time to visit the home and do the inspection on short notice. He is very professional and the service was excellent. <br />
