We do not normally give out bad reviews unless it is justified. Not only were we disappointed in the results of the spray, the technician, Tom, was extremely friendly, however his phone rang several times while he was trying to question my wife about thebug problem. Technician looked on roof and found raccoon scat on the roof and promptly ended his assessment. When we shared the scratching we heard in our bedroom he indicated he knew what rats sound like and dismissed listening to the recorded scratching sounds. The technician advised they won't trap a raccoon and dismissed any additional attempt on our part to continue to investigate. The treatments were done a year ago and I thought that the technicians did a good job. I chose not to check their work at the time, but later found that I was shorted about 12 feet of perimeter for the inside of stem job. I decided to wait till the next years inspection to get this corrected. About a month ago, I was in the process of scheduling the inspection. After they came and treated the termite problem, at a much higher price than I have ever paid, the termites were still present. I called them back and they said they were unable to do an additional treatment for another (4) months according to a state law. I later looked into that further and found no such law existed. They also said it would take at least 120 days for termites to be gone and I once again looked into further and the average was 0-90 days.

Came to my home very nice and greeted me and my kids ,he explained what he was going to do. He worked around me and my children and never once seemed bothered. He went spraying away in and out of the house he was done in no time. I even had question about pigeons control and bed bugs he gave me the run down of each issues I was concerned about. They came out and assessed the situation with my bee problem, but could not provide any solution. They told me to get my money back from Angie's List.

Unless there is a hive infestation on your property we can not control the problem by simply eliminated the few bee's drinking water from the pool. We are sorry you feel our service was not to your needs we did respond right away and did ask Angie's List to refund your money because we as pest professionals are environmentally responsible for the protection of pollinating bees.
