It was a Big Deal purchase. They were nice and everything. I purchased the Big Deal for the ants because I had ants in my kitchen. They showed up on time and everything and the gentleman was very nice but I really do not think they took care of the ant problem at all because the ants reappeared in a couple of weeks. The inspector arrived on time. Was very thorough and professional. Showed us the signs of infestation. Explained about termite infestation and identified the kind of termites. Explained how they would treat them. Gave us written documentation and estimate including Angie's discount.
