It was a Big Deal purchase. They were nice and everything. I purchased the Big Deal for the ants because I had ants in my kitchen. They showed up on time and everything and the gentleman was very nice but I really do not think they took care of the ant problem at all because the ants reappeared in a couple of weeks. They did try to upsell me. After we serviced the home the customer had called complaining she was seeing dead roaches and wanted a refund. I had told the customer I would be happy to refund her money but would also like to come out and do a free follow up at no extra charge to earn her business. The costumer said that she was convinced that seeing "dead" bugs was due to her cat and not our service. The inspector arrived on time. Was very thorough and professional. Showed us the signs of infestation. Explained about termite infestation and identified the kind of termites. Explained how they would treat them. Gave us written documentation and estimate including Angie's discount.
