Not that Great Have had this for a year and comfortable with control center an setting as this is used as well for a brother multifunction printer. Right out of the box I have numerous multi feeds and jams I have adjusted settings and a little better with continuous scanning. And almost all scans are crooked since new, and paper guides are correctly adjusted and roller and pad cleaned. I dont write many reviews. I own a business ... I dont write many reviews. I own a business and have an IT here figuring out some "other" problems with some computers. I had him try and install this software while he was here. There is clearly something wrong with the software side of things. The driver installed correctly. So the product will scan to the computer. The software will not load on either windows 10 or windows 7 computers. Brother or Nuance will not help me install the software both claiming it is the other part... read more
i wish i had windows 8 again! Its a great scanner! Its windows 10 that sucks! And even with te software update it just doesnt work right.
Finicky machine Jams constantly. won't take paper with slightest bend - such as having had a paperclip on it. Won't take anything less than 20 lb paper. If I want to scan my yellow paper notes, it will not take the paper. Will not scan a stack of mixed paper. Gets "tired" and won't take what seems like a stack of perfect papers no matter how many adjustments are made. Same papers have all gone through Multipurpose printer scanner with no trouble. This is a big disappointment and very annoying to usel

Buy Scansnap Instead 1. The equipment was beautifully packaged and easy to open without any damages. 2. The equipment came with USB connecting cord and power cord for the scanner, which were easy to identify and install. 3. The software CD was compatible with Windows 8.1, whereby it was installed on a Dell computer having the same operating system. 4.
