Very poor scanner I wish that someone had warned me to not waste my hard earned money on this scanner. It will only scan 5 or 6 pages at a time...when it does scan...and be prepared to scan your documents 4 or 5 times before they will finally scan. Scanning NOT working !! This product is not working properly. It works some days then other days it won't scan, the power is on, my computer is working fine but this scanner is not even working or feeding through the machine. We have turned it off, restarted the computer, un plug machine, several times - this scanner is not working! HOW do I return this product - it is still not working.
Horrble product. The scanner sometimes shows online, sometime shows offline. The lights are on yet the computer says it is not on. Very disappointed with this product.

One Star defective when arrived
My scanner conked within 3 months. Giving me a ... My scanner conked within 3 months. Giving me a ton of problems. Papers get stuck all the time. Constant reboot requires.
Middling performance at a quarter the price. Purchased for light use in a small/medium office that requires use of TWAIN drivers. No real issues with software because our needs are very basic on that front, scanned image quality (B&W only) is more than acceptable at 300 dpi. Duplex function works as advertised, software drops blank pages, does pretty much everything we need it to. Speed is average, would have preferred USB 3.0 but you get what you pay for here. 5 days in and not working We bought two of these at the end of February and just installed them 5 days ago. One of the rollers has already stopped working on one machine and the other machine has become completely unresponsive after just a few hours of run time.
