It was one of the coldest days of the winter when our furnace stopped working. We placed a call to Advantage Home Warranty. They contacted a contractor who called and came out the same day. A part had to be ordered and the contractor had it installed the next day. Everyone was so nice and professional from customer service to the contractor who was very experienced, knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure we didn't have to go a whole weekend without heat. I recommend Advantage for any new home buyer.
We’ve had a few issues arise the first year after moving into our home. Advantage was always kind, through and willing to assist in anyway from sending a technician to a referral in the right direction. They have made becoming a homeowner a great process!!!
