Aegis has been taking great care of my father. Brittany was very patient with us while we made the transition from home to assisted living. I love how everyone on staff including house keeping, kitchen, nursing, activities, med techs, caregiving, concierge, maintenance and management are professional, courteous and friendly. My mom has been a resident of Aegis Living Granada Hills for six years, and I'm long overdue to write a positive review and express my gratitude to the management and staff. My mom suffers from major depression and anxiety. Moving her into assisted living came at a stressful time when she was hospitalized in a psychiatric ward at age 74. I got my mother in here right before Easter. There are more expensive places out there, but not better ones. I checked out so many places before choosing Aegis. Too many other places felt like the hotel from the Shinning. Aegis felt like a home to me. It is a place that I would feel comfortable going to when the time comes for me. The staff does a decent job of keeping me informed of what is going on with my mother. I find more people I know have of had loved one here. Aegis has a wonderful staff that are very dedicated to making sure the residents and their family members are supported. Recently, I had a last minute request for Aegis to transport my mom and with the help of Cassandra, Shondra, Alexis and Britney they all made it happen! Additionally, my mom's care team went up to her room and helped her immediately get ready to go. The care at Aegis is well coordinated and the staff is so kind and accommodating. Thank you Aegis - we really appreciate all you do!

My parents have been living at Aegis for about 5 1/2 years, and I am so thankful to have found this wonderful facility. It is always clean and beautiful inside, with fresh flowers and seasonal decorations, which makes it so fun and cheerful for the residents. I would strongly recommend Aegis Living Granada Hills to anyone looking for assisted living for a loved one. The staff is kind and caring and involve the families in as many activities as possible. I never have to worry about the health and safety of my loved ones. They are one big welcoming family!

What a great decision our family made when we selected Aegis memory care for my husband. They are truly caring family and everyone on the staff deserves a big thank you for getting everybody through this difficult time. I truly have no worries because I know he is safe and well cared for and I can't wait till this frightening time is over and I can see my husband and all the staff. I cannot say enough positive things about Aegis. It feels good to know that my grandfather spent his last year and a half of life cared for, happy, cared about, well nourished and engaged. Every single time I visited I felt my grandfather was in good hands, and he wasn't simply rotting away in some home. Aegis does a wonderful job of keeping the residents engaged, encouraging them to join activities and be part of the community.
