Really nice place, parking was a little tight
Excellent listing but photos do not give it justice. The condo is well appointed. Clean and updated. Great stay
Villa was very spacious for a group of 8 adults. Hot tub did not work all week which was not great and there was little to no hot water in 1 of the washrooms upstairs. All in all the place was great.

5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Handicapped accessible in that It is all on one floor Yes. Walk in shower yes, but has a small lip to step in. Low toilet, so we had to go to Walmart and purchase a raised toilet seat. It has a balcony to view my happy place. “Ocean” It accommodated my family of 8 very well. The beds were very comfortable. The furniture itself was outdated but in great condition. I am so glad they changed that red wall paint. We were 10 minutes from the activities we were looking for. Affordable, friendly and spacious units.
The place was perfect for my family very clean and lots of space I recommend for any family. ..i are for sure coming back
After traveling all day with 21 adults we get to the unit only to discover there is nowhere to park. A big potion of the parking was blocked off for motor bikes only due to Bikefest. Then we get into the unit to find it was 80 degrees due to the 2nd floor AC unit going completely out. Even with two temporary blowers installed. Thankfully the maintenance was completed the very next morning even on the Holiday weekend. The rest of the stay turned out as expected. I don't recommend going here during a high activity weekend. The building, condo, and neighbors were great! My roommates were uncomfortable on the swing king beds because they weren't attached to the headboard and kept moving apart but were comfortable. Poor communication with maintenance guy regarding parking. Danny has a personal no tow policy because he says he doesn't want to hurt anyone's feelings. We were following instructions of the property and did not want to be out of town with a towed and/or impounded vehicle that we owned. Otherwise all was a great week.
Beautiful place with great amenities. People were all friendly.
