This place was great the people here front desk and nurse really made it seem like they wanted me there, i called ahead of time and the lady i was on the phone with was so sweet and caring never had that before. Jason the PA who saw me was amazing made me feel comfortable, and knew how to help me a good timely manner however, I only give it four stars though is that it does take a long time to get seen it took me about 2 hours till i saw the provider, maybe more providers on would be best.
Went late on Aug. 14. Doctor was pleasant but staff was very unprofessional. The "nurse" turned out to be an x-ray tech and was in a huge rush to get out of there for the night. She made comments in front of us about wanting to just get out of there. She couldn't find a cover for the thermometer in the room, so instead of looking for one throughout the clinic she stuck an latex glove over the thermometer and stuck it in my sons mouth that way. Would not recommend this clinic at all!

Very nice and helpful in a time of great stress. Returned for a follow up which they claimed would be covered. It was not. Greedy medical places are everywhere. Here is what's wrong with America!!!

I couldn't get in with my primary today, and know that I didn't want to go into the weekend without antibiotics for an infection I knew I had. So, I looked up an urgent care place close to my office, and AfterOurs was it. They let you register online, so when I got there - they knew I was coming, gave me a few forms to sign (not complete! Update The assholery continues. The facility has billed my insurance company and myself for services that were NOT done. Both an examination code AND and x ray code. Neither an examination or x rays were done. My insurance co did not pay them nor will I. I have sent a letter to both the facility and my insurance company threatening action if they do not discontinue billing for services that were not done. I was also going to inform the registered entity, but the Colorado secretary of state office shows that the business fili... read more
