I went in because I developed a bronchitis type of cough, last year I had a bad bout of bronchitis in which I literally coughed myself into an hernia... So my primary focus was to get a strong cough syrup that was more effective than over the counter. I was prescribed Tamiflu and told to buy a Otc cough syrup, despite the fact that is not working. Upon arrival I was told I had a two dollar copay, and they did not have change to break a $100, so I was sent to find Change at a gas station in the meantime the front desk guy too... read more

Zero stars if I could. Went to this urgent care after a fall on my knee-I was not even able to straighten or bend my knee. I was greeted at the door with a foul smell of cigarette smoke. Then after filling out paper work, I was seen by a "nurse practitioner" if you could even call her that, who didn't even touch my knee to examine it. After about two minutes of explaining my symptoms to her, she told me "we can't do anything for you". I am now in a knee brace and crutches for a torn meniscus and dislocated knee cap, after be... read more

My boyfriend is a mail carrier and suffers chronic shoulder injuries because of it. He had a significant amount of pain after a day of work, and being that this was the closest urgent care to the house we came here. The interior is ok, clean but very worn. After paperwork and a decent wait on a Saturday he was seen by a PA. I waited in the waiting room, and let me tell you all the staff really looked like they all hated they were there. Lady in reception is extremely rude. Yelled when we came in and wouldn't let me even say anything before she yelled at me to fill in the paperwork. I filled it out in advance and she yelled at me for that! What a bitch.

This place was great the people here front desk and nurse really made it seem like they wanted me there, i called ahead of time and the lady i was on the phone with was so sweet and caring never had that before. Jason the PA who saw me was amazing made me feel comfortable, and knew how to help me a good timely manner however, I only give it four stars though is that it does take a long time to get seen it took me about 2 hours till i saw the provider, maybe more providers on would be best.
