If I could give them a zero star rating, I would. I went in last night, and had the worst medical experience of my life! The man at the front desk was the most rude, discourteous, mean individual I've encountered in business in a long time. He snatched things out of my hands continuously, kept my cards and ID for over 2 hours before finally sending me a link to do my own paperwork (I could've done it hours before), he had me wake up another patient who came in 45 minutes after me, then proceeded to help that man and get him ... read more

Went in and visited. Doctor did not try to help me or give me any medication. Over the next couple of days I progressively got worse. I called to try to get a prescription and they said I had to come back in and pay for another visit. RIDICULOUS! Horrible customer service. I will never return here.

We went on a Sunday night because the next day was a holiday and we all know how hard some doctors are to get a same day appointment. So instead of waiting until Tuesday or Wednesday to have my two year old seen we decided to go here and avoid the hassles of the ER. All the staff was very friendly, helpful and the doctor took his time and was thorough. We only waited a few minutes to be called back and had a prescription when we left. They were all very good with my daughter. That meant a lot.
Service was quick and seemingly professional. Doctor wad proactive about treatment, as well.

Friendly staff, a little slow for having no one in front of me but I was in and out in a decent amount of time for a Saturday night. The RN was efficient. Came in and checked all my vitals, asked for what seemed like most relevant health history, swabbed for a strep test and sent in the Doc after he left. She continued asking health history and wanted more in depth info on how I was currently feeling and what specifically brought me in. No strep, so she sent me on my way with a few items to pick up to make me more comfortabl... read more
