Staff was courteous. I was not kept waiting more than 30-40 minutes, short by my standard. I really appreciated that both the nurse & doctor introduced themselves by their first names to me. The doctor went out of her way to find an alternative medicine for my condition since the usual medications had unpleasant side effects. Overall courteous, efficient & thoughtful. I was not rushed.
