I walked in at about 7:00 pm on 4/1 and the gentleman working the desk was very rude. Not just to me but to the rest of the customers / patients. He was demanding and not kind. There were a total of 6 people waiting to be seen and him and the female nurse practitioner were outwardly complaining about the amount of people coming in. A pregnant woman came in and left with her husband because of how horrible the service or level of care was. Went in feeling sick, there was only one lady in the lobby ahead of me and it took 2 hours for them to see me. The doctor saw me for all of one second, didnt do any sort of examination and just asked if I thought i had the flu, basically said "you know best", then walked me out the door with a fever 2 degrees higher than when I walked in. It would turn out I had a simple sinus infection that he could have easily checked for and easily have been managed HAD HE BOTHERED TO DO HIS JOB.

Went in feeling sick, there was only one lady in the lobby ahead of me and it took 2 hours for them to see me. It would turn out I had a simple sinus infection that he could have easily checked for and easily have been managed HAD HE BOTHERED TO DO HIS JOB.

This place is so poorly mismanaged. I made an appointment to see a Primary Care Physician, and waited 3-weeks...then when I came in for the appointment, they said the PCP quit. They then had me see a Nurse Practicioner (not an M.D.) and the N.P. just asked me a few questions, and then filled a script. I came back for a refill, and they gave me twice the dosage of a med than was originally prescribed, clearly showing they are not careful and meticulous in prescribing meds. I went in because I developed a bronchitis type of cough, last year I had a bad bout of bronchitis in which I literally coughed myself into an hernia... So my primary focus was to get a strong cough syrup that was more effective than over the counter. I was prescribed Tamiflu and told to buy a Otc cough syrup, despite the fact that is not working. Upon arrival I was told I had a two dollar copay, and they did not have change to break a $100, so I was sent to find Change at a gas station in the meantime the front desk guy too... read more

Zero stars if I could. Went to this urgent care after a fall on my knee-I was not even able to straighten or bend my knee. I was greeted at the door with a foul smell of cigarette smoke. Then after filling out paper work, I was seen by a "nurse practitioner" if you could even call her that, who didn't even touch my knee to examine it. After about two minutes of explaining my symptoms to her, she told me "we can't do anything for you". I am now in a knee brace and crutches for a torn meniscus and dislocated knee cap, after be... read more
