Went in near closing time and they were still super helpful and very nice. Got me fixed up right away. Most importantly they didn't make me feel ashamed about my body which is much appreciated
Horrible customer service and professionalism!! Went in for a strep test that came back positive. Gave me antibiotics and sent me on my way. Two day later, the pain was 10 times worse, so went back in for a follow up/ second opinion. (I had seen that strep can cause a Peritonsillar abscess when not treated correctly). Was told to re fill out paper work because they had a new system and it lost all of mine. Asked for wait time estimate due to the amount of pain, and the desk clerk said he had no idea. Switching to a brand new EMR has it's challenges (including a learning curve with the staff) and we apologize that your second visit to our clinic was during our transition and not as efficient as your first. Went here twice recently. This place was more pleasant than a doctors office. They offered me water immediately had a clean facility and were able to see me in a timely manner. I love Urgent Care!

I walked in at about 7:00 pm on 4/1 and the gentleman working the desk was very rude. Not just to me but to the rest of the customers / patients. He was demanding and not kind. There were a total of 6 people waiting to be seen and him and the female nurse practitioner were outwardly complaining about the amount of people coming in. A pregnant woman came in and left with her husband because of how horrible the service or level of care was. I am suffering from strep throat and feeling terrible and they seemed to not care about... read more

Went in feeling sick, there was only one lady in the lobby ahead of me and it took 2 hours for them to see me. The doctor saw me for all of one second, didnt do any sort of examination and just asked if I thought i had the flu, basically said "you know best", then walked me out the door with a fever 2 degrees higher than when I walked in. It would turn out I had a simple sinus infection that he could have easily checked for and easily have been managed HAD HE BOTHERED TO DO HIS JOB.
