On time, professional technicians
Technician called before arrival and stated he’d be there in 30 minutes. He showed up promptly and diagnosed the problem. He fixed a small coolant leak, cleaned up and departed. Good work in a short time.
Our technician, Tim, listened carefully, explained his diagnosis, and nailed the issue without delay. He also explained the value of their twice annually maintenance agreement for only $129 per year. That's a great value. Two thumbs up for Air Zone Air Conditioning!
