On a night when our flight home was canceled, Rochelle was so wonderful in helping us get the our hotel quickly! Recommend the super convenient shuttle.

We waited almost an hour for a shuttle. Go with any of the other shuttles services, this place is terrible.
Don't park here. I paid online, but at checkout the system tried to charge me nearly double, and my phone number wouldn't link. I had to contact customer service just to get a new QR code. While parked, my car was also damaged, a car backed-up into my car and damaged my bumper. There are no cameras to review incidents. On top of that, the shuttle does not run every 20-30 minutes as advertised--more like once an hour. Very frustrating experience. I won't be back.

Used this place for years but tonight was the end. Waited an hour and half to get picked up at terminal 6 and my entire family had to wait behind due to no room on shuttle. We called repeatedly for shuttle pickup and weren't told anything other than a shuttle was on the way. One shuttle came by about 15 minutes into our wait but wouldn't stop. TERRIBLE SERVICE. We've used Airport Center Parking on-and-off for a few years, but service became really bad. The shuttle never showed up to pick us up at our arrival, and it was 11pm. We waited an hour. There were several groups waiting to be picked up at the designated pick up area. We tried calling the company, but everything was automated and we weren't able to speak to anyone. We ended up walking to get an Uber to the parking garage. Never again.
