Usually I get excellent service but tonight 9/15 @1140 pm. The driver was not friendly at all. He looked angry to even be there picking us up. He didn't even pull up closer to get us. Making us walk down further to get in the shuttle. He didn't offer any assistance to the elderly people with their luggage getting on or off the shuttle. Very rude man.

on 7/22/25 at 1am I was stuck at my terminal waiting for a shuttle pick up with my 4 children for an hour. I contacted customer service twice to send a shuttle at the 30'min mark. When the driver finally arrived he seemed annoyed when we walked in and the shuttle was completely full with no space to sit. Myself and my children had to stand up the entire drive to the parking structure. TERRIBLE experience. One of the reasons I chose to park here was free shuttle service that runs every "15 to 20 minutes." That's a total and complete lie. I waited for 35+ minutes with my 1 year old at midnight after a long flight and spoke to their representative twice, who promised a shuttle was already on their way. The staff was very nice on our rides to and from the terminal. My issue was our car was broken into and many things taken. They need more cameras and more access control below. Our very affordable parking turned out to be the most expensive time leaving a car at the airport ever for us. I will choose a more secure lot in the future.

Avoid this place at all costs. I paid for covered parking but covered parking was reserved for the hotel attached. The spaces are tiny, my rather new car received considerable damage while there for a week. On return trip, I had to pay a shuttle from a competing garage to take us there from the airport. Horrible experience.

Parking structure was great but the person on the phone had lied to me about the military discount. The person I spoke with in person would then tell me they never had one, I just it's dishonest for one employee to tell you one thing and then have a different employee tell you something else. I would not be using this place again.

Mike is a great driver, but your return service back to LAX is horrible. They have waiting for long periods of time and I guess everyone takes breaks and lunches at the same time

Two stars is being nice. Hard pass on ever parking here again. My biggest gripe is there were ZERO parking places available that weren't marked as reserved. I called the number of the lot. They have an AI assistant that doesn't help and will finally route you to a live person overseas. The man I spoke with said I would be towed if I parked in any space that was marked. After driving all the way to the top and then boing back down three floors for a half an hour I finally saw a man working in the garage and he said the ga... read more

Live review tonight 2-10-25 at 8:26pm Well, 2 airport center parking shuttles passed by already. One was stopped by the airport employee for us, pointed in a farther location so he could stop BUT driver did not have the patience to wait for us navigate through a sea of people waiting for shuttles. We were 10ft away but he closed the doors and went his way. So rude! 2nd shuttle slowed down but did not stop nor open the doors for us to come in. It's been an hour of waiting! And still waiting!
