Herman was so awesome. I'm from here and have parked at numerous shuttles and waited hours for them to come. I was waiting 15 minutes tonight and he came from a different parking company that was somehow affiliated with Joes and he drove us there and some others! He was so helpful, asking everyone if they needed help, seeing if he was able to drive someone where they needed to go. Can't say enough about how amazing HERMAN IS!!!!

Had to wake up early for our flight and took the hotel shuttle to LAX. We were greeted by our driver Jermaine Peters who was so cheerful and fun! I traveled with my sister and mother whom he called one of the Golden Girls! Granted our family love to laugh, so having a cheerful driver and the other passengers joining in made it just a fun experience at 5am! Thank you Jermaine, we hope to have you as our driver again in the future.
