It is very helpful that there is a live map showing where the shuttle is at all times.The shuttle driver named Jermaine was very helpful and polite. Wait time was short and overall experience was excellent.

Jermaine Peters was friendly and professional . Although we were his last shuttle after working an all night shift, he greeted us as if we were his first. Door to door service with a smile. He made our early morning ride a pleasant experience.

Herman, the shuttle driver, was awesome! He gave great customer service, was super friendly, and really helpful. Most shuttle drivers aren't as friendly as he was, but he was honestly the best driver I've had in a shuttle in a long time.

Jermaine got me where I needed to go What a great driver. Friendly and with great customer service, appreciated his help.
Herman is really nice and picked us up, and have take us to airport parking so that we can just walk to our hotel. We have been waiting for our hotel's shuttle for one hour:)
Our vehicle was damaged when we picked it up. Someone had tried to steal the Catalytic convertor and had cut through one side and halfway through the other. Our mechanic said that we were lucky that they did not cut through the whole thing. When we called Airport Center to inform them about it , they said that it has happened before. What precautions are they taking to make sure this does not happen to others? Beware of this when parking here.

Parked at Airport Parking Center from July 11th through 21st. Most of the vehicles there were double-parked so really hard to find a place to park. Place had a sleazy vibe. Came back to find that our catalytic converter had been stolen. Made a claim and was denied by their claims management people Maarci & Associates. Didn't even get a refund. Don't park here! Get a friend or family member to take you to the airport and/or pay for limo service. Not worth the hassle and money.

I booked parking reservations as my flight Departs this Sunday, August 2nd. I received an email stating that my parking was canceled due to pricing. I paid in full and printed my receipt, but because they changed their pricing, my reservation was canceled. I have contacted them asking them to honor the price that I paid, but they refused. I will be filing a consumer complaint.

Parking is cheap if you do it in advance. They advertise every 15 minutes shuttles but it averages 45min to an hour wait to get picked up. They need more shuttles operating. I've see the spot shuttles pass by every 5 at least. Will use that next time.
