We used the Airport Center Parking shuttle from LAX to our hotel on March 2. A big shout out to our driver, Herman, who helped us out with a ride when the shuttle for our hotel didn't show up after 45 min of waiting. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. This shuttle service is extremely efficient, 10/10 recommend.

Jermaine wa great! Super kind and sociable the ride was smooth. And the shuttle was promptly at the parking garage as I walked up!

It is very helpful that there is a live map showing where the shuttle is at all times.The shuttle driver named Jermaine was very helpful and polite. Wait time was short and overall experience was excellent.

Jermaine Peters was friendly and professional . Although we were his last shuttle after working an all night shift, he greeted us as if we were his first. Door to door service with a smile. He made our early morning ride a pleasant experience.

Herman, the shuttle driver, was awesome! He gave great customer service, was super friendly, and really helpful. Most shuttle drivers aren't as friendly as he was, but he was honestly the best driver I've had in a shuttle in a long time.

Herman is really nice and picked us up, and have take us to airport parking so that we can just walk to our hotel. We have been waiting for our hotel's shuttle for one hour:)
