Decided to try this airport parking instead of my preferred since it was just for one night. I got to the parking maybe 1-2 hours before my scheduled time, scanned the QR code for my reservation, and was let in. Parking was plentiful and the wait for the shuttle was short. I had no issues after arriving back to LAX; a shuttle had arrived within 2 minutes of me getting to the waiting area. Leaving the parking garage was easy by scanning the same QR code again. We used the Airport Center Parking shuttle from LAX to our hotel on March 2. A big shout out to our driver, Herman, who helped us out with a ride when the shuttle for our hotel didn't show up after 45 min of waiting. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. This shuttle service is extremely efficient, 10/10 recommend.

It is very helpful that there is a live map showing where the shuttle is at all times.The shuttle driver named Jermaine was very helpful and polite. Wait time was short and overall experience was excellent.
