Tony Z was very helpful and nice, helped everyone with there bags and explained where to wait for the shuttle when it was time to return.

The driver on 2/15 that showed up around 6:55 am was nice. He smiled at me, directed me which terminal to take, and provided a disgruntled customer (over timing) all the necessary contact information. A driver is NOT responsible for traffic, so he gets 5 stars in my book. The driver on 2/16 around 9 pm - 9:30 pm whom I flagged down and yet didn't stop for or acknowledge me gets 2 stars. This is after I called for pickup and the driver beckoned by waving motion he'd stop somewhere else (I assumed because of so much traffic). ... read more
