Reviewing our shuttlle experience, Kidane was our driver and he was amazing, very helpful and was almost an on the go information booth for the passengers waiting for shuttles. Superb customer service!

Parking was very plentiful and there was no delays. Kidane our driver was very helpful as well

Location was perfect and the transportation was good didn't have to wait too long. The only downside was that everybody and their mama booked this place around the same time so it was very difficult to find a parking spot, plus they make the spaces super compact it was hard to get out of the car.

I just wanna leave an amazing review for Rachelle who picked us up tonight after midnight in the rain lifted all of our eight suitcases and drove us to Joe's since Joe's was shorthanded. She was so kind and went above and beyond simply an amazing person and thank you again Rachelle.

Kinade picked me up at the garage and the trip was smooth. He was very helpful! The lot itself was clean and parking was easy. I pre-reserved and paid up front so entry was quick.
