I had an excellent experience with Rochelle when I needed a shuttle pickup at 1am. She was kind and professional and helped with luggage on/off the shuttle.
Our shuttle driver from the airport, Rochelle, was amazing and provided excellent service while also being very personable. The QR codes were easy to use getting in and out of the structure and the instructions are pretty clear about how to use the shuttle. My only thing to note is the parking spaces are pretty tight. Overall a pretty good experience parking here.
William was amazing and very helpful in guiding us where to go as it was our first time parking there. We only had to wait up to 15 minutes for the shuttle both to and from the airport.

Although everything about my experience was great. Easy entrance & exit, plenty of parking, good timing with shuttles, and polite kind service. However, the most important reason I'm here is for William Foster... what an absolute godsend!! A week away in my travels, upon my return, I could not find my car.
