Airport Center Parking is a great location, well lit and clean. Shuttle driver Rochelle made sure we got to our terminal in a timely manner, was super friendly and made sure we had proper instructions for our return. A-1 service.

This was a great parking garage to leave your car when flying out of LAX. Kidane was our driver and he was great. He helped us with our heavy luggage and brought it to the waiting area while my husband went and got our car. Wonderful customer service!!

Rochelle was amazing and professional. She's very professional and courteous. She made sure that I got on the right bus to the correct parking structure. I appreciated that. It was confusing but she made it so easy for me.

My only knock on this business is that they don't have clear instructions on where to pick the shuttle up once you return to LAX. You would think their website would include where to pick the shuttle up (i.e., 2nd level departures). I was flying into Terminal 1 and had no idea where to pick up shuttle. No information on my reservation and no information on their website. I had to call and speak to an operator who couldn't even tell me what the shuttle looked like.
