Our driver Rochelle was the best. Kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and personable. Definitely recommend this parking spot, and hopefully you'll get Rochelle as your shuttle driver.
We just got dropped off at the parking structure by Rochelle and she was fantastic! She was warm and friendly, and did a super efficient job picking us up and getting us to where we needed to be. It was such a lovely way to be welcomed back home, and if we could give her six stars, we would!
The smoothest airport arrival I've ever had. Reserved my spot beforehand so I just had to scan my QR code to enter. Parked on the fifth floor. Shuttle was readily available at 4:00 pm on a Friday. Kidane was the driver and he was great! Advised me what to do when I got back. Dropped off easily at my terminal. Parking cost was cheaper than an Uber from where I live in Huntington Beach.
I have been using this parking area since 2019. I travel several times a year. Rochelle was the best driver I have had. She was extremely professional and friendly. I hope I get her on my next trip in a few weeks.
Rochelle went above and beyond. We had been waiting over 20 minutes for our Wally Shuttle and she was kind enough to pick us up and take us to our parking structure.
This is the 2nd time we've used Airport Center parking. The first time was a great experience. No problem finding the parking structure. No problem finding a parking spot and multiple shuttles dropping off and picking up. This time we arrived down at the pick up area and were there less than 5 min, before Mike arrived. Rochelle was great! Her positive attitude was warm, and welcoming after a pretty chaotic Airport experience. She provided safe transport to my hotel. I really appreciated her professional service.

Her driving and safety speech were so helpful and enhanced my experience much more than I ever thought.
