The best part was our driver Kristen, who picked us up from our late night return flight, Kristen was super friendly, helpful, just what we needed after an exhausting flight, she made us feel like human beings again after the draining airport experience. Overall it is a great parking option, but read the directions about how to find the bus stop back to the parking garage, it is not at arrivals level but at departures; then in the garage there were spaces reserved "for residents only" but when we read more carefully it allow... read more

It was difficult to find the sign for the elevator down to the first floor, but the shuttle driver, Kidane, was so friendly that I would use this parking lot again.

Kidane was such a friendly person and a smooth driver! I prefer this long term airport parking over the others in the area. Price, distance, and the number of shuttles works out the best, for me

Our first time using Airport Center Parking--to try to save a few dollars, parking for a week as we travel. We paid for the week online and then used the QR code to enter the parking structure. Although there were a few scattered spots available on the first 6 floors but each seemed too narrow for our Honda CRV because the cars on either side parked really close to the line.
