I Boarded this Shuttle on May 25, 2025 to take a flight This Lady was the Best Driver and she was very Pleasant, Great Customer service, very curious safe ride
Mostly covered airport parking with a rooftop that's outdoor as well. It was a good price and super close to the airport. The best thing was the driver Ms. Rochelle though! She was extremely kind and helpful. I'd come back just for her!
Rochelle the LAX shuttle driver is sensational. Professional driving and concierge service at its' finest! She was very helpful (on a busy Sunday night) and patient with the out of owner's too.

Although I waited for 20 min before I had to call the office to request a shuttle, the company redeemed itself with excellent service from our driver Rochelle! She helped us with our heavy bags and gave us concise instructions with getting on and off the shuttle and retrieving our luggage. She was very friendly! We need more drivers like Rochelle!

Amazing experience being picked up from LAX tonight. We had been outside Tom Bradley for less than 5 minutes when Rochelle, our shuttle driver arrived. She loaded our bags on the shuttle with care and had us back to our car in the ACP garage in a matter of minutes! Thank you Rochelle for the excellent care!
