Rochelle was the perfect driver. She handled our bags quickly and efficiently, told us what to expect, and got us to the parking structure quickly. She gave us a heads up about the elevator that wasn't working so we knew where to go to get to our vehicle. Perfect ending to a perfect trip!
It was great! We hardly waited for the bus; it came so quickly with rounds every 10-15 minutes. Kidane was especially helpful with all of our luggage--we had A LOT!

I park here often and stay at the hotels on a regular basis. Kidane is always courteous and professional and even recognizes me when I'm waiting for the shuttle before I even notice he's there. I never miss my ride because of him. Thank You for having a good employee. Danny C
This is my favorite shuttle service for LAX. I park here often and get the quickest pickups back and forth from the terminals. Kidane is especially memorable, as he was extremely nice and ensured I would get to the terminal on time today and showed me what shuttle to look for when I get back from my trip. Thank you, Kidane!

Excellent customer service from William, he assisted me in locating a parking space so I could get to a nearby inperson work meeting. I will definitely park here again, when I need parking in this area.
