I was picked up by Rochelle who was driving the pickup van and she was super helpful in explaining to me how the shuttles worked and where she would take me. Couldn't have asked for a more professional experience. Five star service!
Easy in and out just scan the QR code. When I arrived for departure, the bus was already waiting. When i return just text "Shuttle" to (310) 439-5277 and wait on departure upper level where you will see the sign(waited 15mins). Great prices and svcs

Had a great experience parking here, one of the attendance, William Foster, was super helpful and friendly. Made it easier for us to park and escorted us to the correct site. It was close to the airport, inexpensive, and pick up was right on time.
My wife and I was staying at the Hyatt Place Hotel Lax. My wife needed a wheelchair and William Foster the parking attendant so kind to go inside the hotel to ask for wheelchair to see if there is one available. He also helped us to the hotel which we really appreciate it. 310 641 1269

A little tricky to know where you have to park since it is shared with the hotel, they did take a long for shuttle to arrive for pick up other than that for the price I think it's good just the wait time for shuttle I would be my only concern to time yourself well for your arrival
