I was having a hard fought travel experience. The experience that every other single parent traveler has, entertaining a 4 year old for hours after not sleeping for two days trying to get max hours in before vacation, then toting around bags, suitcases and a booster from one place to another. Quick pick io and nice van. Rochelle, our driver, was super thorough with the instructions we needed not only to get dropped off at the airport but even how to get back. Appreciated that as drivers don't usually take the time to share this much info.
