I was totally shocked by the attention I received during my checkout. It involved prepayment and early check in charged. However, there was no issue and the attendant on staff exceeded assistance and even offered me coffee realizing the very early time we interacted.job well done.

Dropping off the car, got on the shuttle, picked up as directed after baggage claim was all smooth. Use the scan code after making an online reservation to get in and out of the garage was also very easy. Special thanks to our shuttle driver Rochelle for a smooth drive and quick pick up.

What a coincidence that me and my boyfriend got Rochelle the driver leaving out on our trip and she picked us up on our return trip back to the airport center parking I give Rochelle 10 stars she was fabulous!! From the booking to the final step out of shuttle. What a great and anxiety-free experience. The booking nstructions were clear. At the location, street signs and arrows (color coding was essential since there are a lot other parking from hotels and long term parking around for space competition). I would like to give shout out to the parking attendant William for helping my family and I find a parking spot. We were struggling to find our way around the parking structure and he was so kind and patient with us. I would also like to give a shout out to Rochelle, who picked us up late at night on our return.
