Just want to say special thanks you to Chaminda. He was great with transport and finding my glasses. Transport was great. This happened about a month ago. I had my sunglasses that I had used for many years, and they were a bit of special item for me. Expensive as well. I lost them by the time I entered the airport. Prices are competitive, and the location is close to the airport. I think shuttle times could be improved, in particular when waiting at the airport after returning from our trip. Other nearby parking lots like "The parking spot" had at least 3 shuttles come by the area before one from Airport Center arrived. Also, the spots are VERY tiny. I know that some of that is not the parking lot company's fault because people literally do not know how to park centered within the lines, but they are on the tight side regardless. Mostly covered airport parking with a rooftop that's outdoor as well. It was a good price and super close to the airport. The best thing was the driver Ms. Rochelle though! She was extremely kind and helpful. I'd come back just for her!

Although I waited for 20 min before I had to call the office to request a shuttle, the company redeemed itself with excellent service from our driver Rochelle! She helped us with our heavy bags and gave us concise instructions with getting on and off the shuttle and retrieving our luggage. She was very friendly! We need more drivers like Rochelle!
