Food was pretty good, menu was a bit limited. Marketed as a soft opening/ new restaurant it seemed kind of old inside - tables & bathrooms etc. Server brought the wrong wine and was gone for long periods of time.

In San Diego visiting for my birthday and my daughter's 1st birthday. Was having a solo night out. Made a reservation for 8:30. Arrived and was told no table was available. They immediately tried to seat me at a high top at the bar but my reservation was for a table. The high tops had uncomfortable looking barstools with no backs so I declined the alternative option. Been here in the past and we came back when we were in town again. It was much different this time. The food was not great. The restaurant had definitely declined since a year ago.
The food and portions are good, and the price is reasonable. However, the service is disappointing. Most of the helpers were good, but the main waiter, who claimed to be the manager, was unprofessional. We were charged for an item we didn’t receive, and unfortunately, we had already paid for it. We apologized for that. Despite our attempts to get credit, which he could have said he couldn't do, he became angry and accused us of not speaking up when he asked us multiple times. Service was poor. Waitress didn’t know the food or drink menu. Brought all the food at once. No place setting. Didn’t receive drink until almost the end of the meal. Food was good. Will try again and hope for better.
Happy hour prices are good. Smelled like diapers in the restaurant tho. Waiter forgot a drink and then rang us up for full price during happy hour. Food was decent just sub par service.
We were seated for 20 minutes. No menu, no water, had to ask three times for water and menus. Finally got a server ordered some drinks said we need a couple minutes for food. He never returned. We waited an additional 30 minutes with no cocktails that we ordered and no food was ever ordered. Eventually we had to just get up and leave.
The place was nice the staff was friendly but the food is horrible.
