Didn't honor our reservation. Took a bar table and no service. Moved to bar and still no service. People literally moved from the other side of the bar to try to get a drink. Not sure what was going on. I hope it was a party or something. Unacceptable.
Our first time at AKA - probably the last. It was quiet when we got there and were seated at a table right by the door on a cold, windy evening. Since the place was practically empty, we asked to be moved to the back of the restaurant and they accommodated us. Food is way over priced for the portions you receive. Not sure if it was because of the holidays but the service was horrific. Very friendly staff but kitchen was messing up orders with missed items. Drinks took 20 minutes to come out. I ordered the filet mignon which was very underwhelming. Filet Potstickers was the best item on the menu. Spent over $1,000 and was very displeased with the food and service.

Terrible food. We ordered 3 appetizers - none of them were any good. We left before eating the next course.
Horrible experience. Very bad food and staff. Music too loud
The ambiance here is beautiful, and the wine was great, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite meet any of our expectations. The food was just meh, and the service could use some polishing. It was a bit disappointing that, even though it was noted on my reservation that it was my birthday, no one acknowledged it. My friends had to ask multiple servers for dessert, and it still took about 20 minutes to arrive after we’d already paid. The service was so bad. From the minute we walked in, I can safely say I will not be going back there!
The mixology wasn't expecting ,horchata matcha drink just water cinamon ..the sushi mango roll good but so poor in the mango sauce The sashimi salmon is nothing special....I didn't want to be there for more food
Food came out way too fast and was cold. Probably prepared in advance and put in a warmer. Would skip it for the food, bar and DJ scene looks better
