Our experience on this Saturday evening was mixed. Despite plenty of open tables with nice views, we were seated in the back, next to the bathroom entrance. Why? Hostess needs better training on seating management. Hint, guests prefer nice views as part of their dining experience. The waiters though were super friendly, responsive, and service was quite efficient. Modern low light decor with energetic music to pump up the vibe. The menu was limited. The portions were smaller than average, tasteful, but not enough to match th... read more
I went on a Monday, server had no experience at all, dishes were dirty, menu is okay, food quality coudl be SO MUCH BETTER, its expensive for what it really is. Not coming back even if someone pays for it.
This is an okay place if your intent is to enjoy the vibes, maybe get a cocktail and lounge. This is not a place you go to for a great culinary experience. The food wasn't bad, it just doesn't match it's price point. At this price point I expected great food, but got 'meh!' instead. I think most people go here for the "vibes" which is fine, but I can't recommend this place for a great meal.
Very pretty establishment, but the service takes too long to even get your drinks out and the food was very bland. Our waiter was very kind, but I would’ve appreciated faster service. Which I know wasn’t his fault because he’s not a bartender or a cook, but we waited 30 minutes for our drinks to come out alone. I didn’t feel the price to the quality of the food matched up and the drinks were way over priced. It was a fun party environment though. I probably wouldn’t go back however I don’t feel it’s worth it.
We sat and waited for service for 30 min and no one came to ask us if we wanted drinks or food.
Hostess sat us down at a corner table, I asked about drink menu she said I needed to ask the server, waited for at least 15 minutes, no service, no acknowledgment that we were there so we left to another restaurant. On my way out I made the hostess aware that we haven’t received any service but she ignored me and kept walking. Too many great restaurants in downtown to deal with this. Glad we left we found a great restaurant with awesome service a block away.
Miso soup was extremely salty, their hamachi was mid quality and their pork belly buns were extremely dry. The only thing they’ve got going is the cool atmosphere and good customer service.
Don’t go if you have a big group. We were charged for bottles of water we didn’t drink and weren’t told ahead of time that we had to pay for them. They were just on the table when we got there. Several of our orders were messed up and we had to get our bills fixed several times because they weren’t correct. We were very disappointed with our experience.
Food expensive and small portions. Asked for less sauce and no spice for my pad Thai and I had to give the majority to my husband to finish. The orange chicken had to be redone as it was served cold. Waitress albeit tall and nice was not apologetic and she just took our constructive disappointed comments and brushed it off - immature probably. An Italian manager was told that his employees pull the dishes off the table as we were literally putting our fork in the food to eat. We had to tell 2 buspersons the same thing. Itali... read more
