Extremely slow service and food quality was not there. Ambience and drinks were good
Beautiful venue, great music but the service was terrible from the minute we walked in. The service just ruined the whole dinner experience as the food came so far apart from each other, really didn’t understand much from it. Most likely will not go back again unless just to have some cocktails by the bar area.

The food needs work! Such a beautiful place though!
Went on Sunday night and it was dead. Despite this, service was terrible. Waiter forget multiple times when we asked for water, and service was slow overall. Food was not good, especially for the insane price! Tasted like food you’d get on a cruise. We came for my mom’s birthday and they didn’t even wish her happy birthday or offer her anything. So disappointing!
Awful service for an establishment that markets itself as "the best". Here are some of the highlights of our experience 1. Seated and not given a drinks menu. Had to find someone to get that. 2. Markets as a cocktail bar - had four cocktails on the menu 3. After 15mins the server finally introduced herself and asked what we wanted to drink. We ordered. I never write reviews but I just can’t believe this place. Came here for a birthday dinner and I have to say I should’ve listened to the other reviews when they complained about the terrible service. It was a million times worse than what I expected. It took 3 hours for us to get all of our food at the table, some of our food came, but then took another 30-40 minutes for the rest of our people to get their food. I live downtown and wanted to try this AKA that replaced Lavo recently. I love Asian fusion, my favorite is in Laguna Beach is called Starfish. First of all, love what they did to the place it looks beer very nice. The lighting decor and bar are killer. The drinks were great my GF had two and I had the Hitanchino beer which is rare to find. Came for date night. 8pm reso, no table when we arrived. Bartender was cool, gave us a round of drinks. Sat bout 20mins later, our server was gorgeous but clueless. Manager/owner was very nice and checked on us frequently. Runners tried to give us the wrong food two times, our appetizer came after we had eaten our entrees. Won’t be back
