This is the second time we have used Alan Garber's services to gat a loan to purchase a home. We have also used his services on several loan refinances over the span of thirty plus years. Our experience with Alan has always been outstanding. I highly recommend him given is knowledge of the loan process and lender requirements.
Alan did a great job and guided us through the process. The lender was not easy to work with compared to previous refinances but Alan was fantastic at helping us meet their doc needs.
