Thankfully, the maintenance department is very good. All the workers have always been very competent. Verified Renter My brief period of stay (moved in March 2019) has been very satisfactory. The roads and surroundings are well maintained. I used the CLUBHOUSE for a family gathering, everyone like it.
Verified Renter Aldingbrooke has an excellent location and the apartments are very suitable. The grounds are in good condition and it has a pleasant atmosphere. Maintenance is improving and that is very important. Snow removal and taking care of the lawn is very good. The roads are always clear when we have snow.

Verified Renter I have been a resident at Aldingbrooke in W. Bloomfield for 2 1/2 years and have enjoyed living there. I feel safe and secure and feel as though this is a very important criteria in these days and times. Will stay put for a while.

Verified Renter I love the neighbors and the gounds. Need to install sidewalks in the near future. There are a lot if children on bikes, walkers, runners and neighbors walking pets. The apartments are huge but need professional updates. Please be careful, there were two 4ft snakes trying to enter our garage. After the snakes could not find a way in they went into the drain that is in front of the garage.
Verified Renter My experience at Aldingbrooke has been great! Surroundings are beautiful and close to any store, restaurant, medical needs and community activities. Living at Aldingbrooke makes life easy! I especially like the parties they do once a month for the residents! Nice touch and feel appreciated. The only negative I have is slow work orders and no gym. The gym at JCC is too expensive even with the Aldingbrooke discount. The staff is friendly and caring which is very important to me.
