Keep Searching Have to wait for repairs constantly . We still have dents in our walls from September 2017 when our refrigerator was out for 3 months . Our garage door hasn't been working for 3 weeks and we have left multiple messages, even to the Emergency service department with no follow up. Been here for over 12 years same carpet, no upgrades. Rent goes up every year . Save your money and move somewhere else. Have to go online to complain to get any kind of attention.

Verified Renter You're overcharging. The quality of people who live here is declining. The garbage issue continues to be a huge problem and the office staff seem to be unhappy and disgruntled.
Verified Renter Huge apartment with lots of windows that back up to a nature preserve. I love all the light and sunshine. Community is wonderful and friendly. There are a few tweaks needed and the rent is high, but overall, a wonderful place to live.
Poor Ratings From Pet Owners Pet owners beware. The grounds may look nice but you will notice when you enter the main gate that Aldingbrooke has no trails to walk pets other than the sides of the roads (which residents have a total disregard of the speed limit) which are narrow and not always safe to walk your pet on a leash. Other areas to walk pets like the lake grounds are slimed green with years of geese droppings that makes it slippery to walk and I am not exaggerating.
