Management does not keep there word.
Check reviews elsewhere. After jumping through hoops to terminate my account with CSG, at the END OF ITS TERM, including both written and phone notices, they continue to draw money from our bank account. Worse yet, there are many reviews online that show they do this to many customers after the accounts are closed. Please consider filing complaints with the Federal Trade commission, and consumer division of the Texas State Attorneys General Office, or this dishonest company will continue to steal money from customers.
I cancelled in April and they kept charging me until September even though i talked to an account manager to make sure i was good to go.
Poor service. Missed appt no window sensors, no motion detectors, no sign in front yard.
This outfit took over for EMG and is just as non responsive as EMG was. My contract has expired, yet the continue to debit my checking account and have refused to even answer my question to them, which is "when will you cease debited my account?"
The people were very professional. However, the upgraded product leaves much to be desired. While the hub is on my 5G system, the front door and doorbell camera can only accomodate 2g. The doorbell camera is almost unuseable. I often get a "try again later" message, or by the time it connects, either the person is gone or I have already answered the door. The Hub pad is too wide for my doorway, but no one told me that until it was time to install. I'm disappointed.
DON'T HAVE THIS COMPANY DO ANYTHING FOR YOU. THEY HAVE YOU SIGN A CONTRACT AND THEN THEY TRY TO CHARGE YOU BECAUSE THEY MIS QUOTE THE INSTALL. I SPOKE TO TONNESHA HOPKINS, Gary (her manager) and Dave Freeman the head guy. All worthless. I didn't let the installer install anything and kicked him out of my parents house. Luckily I was at my parents or they would have screwed them to the wall. Wow. I change to central security group from xfinity: WORST decision ever ( because a friend recommend a sales person; which is the only good thing about this company: James) the technicians that set up the services didn't show up 3 times!!! Then the camera was with a delayed image and the panel the battery when off. Because the technician did not set up properly( now I'm home hearing like smoking detector every 35-45 seconds) . This is unacceptable!
Update: Adrian Reyes reached out to me the next morning and had someone out to hang my camera correctly. I am very thankful for that and his fast response to the issue. On a side note though, calling a customer multiple times to update the review they left in a two day span might not be the best thing to do.
