This is a horrible company. The technicians can't trouble shoot over the phone they can only read from a script and poorly at that. I was charged for product and services that were supposed to be "taken care of". I grew tired of arguing this point every couple months and canceled. Then I canceled and that was horrendous! I paid what I had disputed and asked if I was through with them. I was told yes but received a call from an Angela there.
