Make sure you understand their contract terms . Otherwise you will be stuck for 3 good years .....

I lost $1,555.39 signing a contract with Central Security Group. If you would like a summary of this review please skip down to the last paragraph. This company takes advantage of their customers. Company is an absolute joke.... They keep trying to get u to sign up for a new contract to get some decent service and actually any service...I will not stop until I can tell every single person I know about the sham this company is. And to think all you had to do was throw in the two thermostats I asked for since I don’t use you for monitoring and the office of your ceo already told me I’m 1500$ left in my contract in what I don’t use...all I wanted was some thermostats?!?!! I called in and told them what was going on with my alarm they told me the would send a technician and he would take care of my problem. The only thing the technician did was replace the battery he didn’t check the system at all even though I told them the battery was hot and the alarm would go off for no reason. Very upset now I have to have them come back! Not happy!!!

This place is the worst ever. Don't hire them for your own good. They promise you a lot of stuff that never do. This company has been sold more than 3 times in 3 years, that's why their customer service sucks. They force you in a 3 year contract, service poor and when you need them they are not there. You also need to call 30 days in advance before the contract expires to get out of the contract, if not they force you again in a contract.
