My technician **** was very helpful. I thought I was just gonna have to replace a sensor, but it ended up being a battery issue. He worked quickly and efficiently and respected my home. The issue has been resolved.

Truly enjoyed the technician, ****. I thought only the sensor that was frequently going off causing a false alarm was going to be check/replace, however, all the sensors in the home were checked to verify all was good in great working order. The faulty sensor was removed and a new sensor in a better location was installed. Well pleased with ****. Thank you.
