Our system was in desperate need of an upgrade. The technician that came out to perform the work ran into some problems with the keypad and old sensors. He stayed into the early evening until he was able to resolve the issues and get the system up and running. He offered to come back the next morning to finish the work rather than stay late if it was causing us any inconvenience.
