Switched from cable to Wi-Fi. My cameras stopped working and I had no success trying to fix the problem myself. When the tech came out he assessed the problem and fixed it within minutes. Very knowledgeable and personable. Top notch company. Definitely recommend!!

I had 360 alert when I live in **************, ******** and I now relocated to Atlanta *******. The first tech came up was awful. He took over. He was very rude and not friendly at all. The second ********** came out was provided excellent customer ********************** so they had to come out twice for me. I love alert 360 although I had a bad experience with one tech I will still continue to use your service.
