The tech that came to our home was *****. He was very knowledgeable and had our problem fixed quickly. We had several questions to ask and he was very patient in answering them, some of which he had to go over the second time. Alert 360 is a great security company that I would highly recommend to anyone. We have had our security system for 26 years and have never been disappointed with them. If anyone is considering having a security system installed, I hope you would choose Alert 360.

In the past the only time the alarm company treated you right was to get you to buy the 3 yr install. But 360 is different! Their post service team is top notch. They are arent looking for a money grab. They go above and beyond! I highly recommend the * Scottsdale team
