George was an amazing technician who knew his business inside and out. He helped us set up our alarm system and explained everything with such detail that it was easy to understand. He was conscientious of his surroundings, courteous and knowledgeable. We could not have asked for a better representation of your company.
Chase was the tech who swapped out our old equipment for new and was super.
Very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Explained how the new system worked before leaving even though there was a book. Helped us set up the app on our phones as well.
Technician Rick was wearing a mask, knowledgeable and efficient. Changed the battery on the system, and did a silent test. Very professional.
