The technician was very professional, worked quickly and found the reason for the problem -cameras offline because power surge had fried a part. He thought the part was on back order but double checked and it was available. He drove across town in the sleet and bad road conditions to get it, returned, installed it quickly and cameras were up and online again. Very satisfied!
