When tech (****) finally arrived just before 4 PM he quickly and efficiently replaced an ongoing ltroublesome motion detector, and then did a complete check of the entire system. He was very professional and courteous.Unfortunately, we were told that our call was to be early in the day, closer to 8 AM, and thus were "housebound" until he arrived. We discussed our situaton with the office 3 months ago, and made the appointment over 2 weeks ago.
