Truly enjoyed the technician, ****. I thought only the sensor that was frequently going off causing a false alarm was going to be check/replace, however, all the sensors in the home were checked to verify all was good in great working order. The faulty sensor was removed and a new sensor in a better location was installed. Well pleased with ****. Thank you.

Workers arrived on time and finished at minimum time expected. They were very considerate of the ill family member in the house. They appeared to be very knowledgeable about the installation process.
