Had a tech come out today to check on two sensors that were having some issues. He was on-time, polite, and efficient. Replaced the faulty sensors and checked all other sensors to make sure everything else was working good. Very happy with the service we received!

******* was my installer and did an amazing job! Additionally, he took extra care with our pets to prevent an escape, and was an incredibly pleasant person to do business with. We also had an additional person on the property from their company to install an alarm in one of our other buildings. He was also very kind and energetic. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again, and would have no problem recommending them to friends and family!********

Easy to make a service appt by phone. Tech arrived within set appt window, was wearing company shirt, was friendly and knowledgeable. Replaced my control pad and tested it. Everything went smoothly.
