My appointment window was from ********* with the technician showing up at 1158.I believe the Technicians name was *******, who was courteous and quick to repair the issue. He also explain the issues and what he was going to do to correct it. Very satisfied with the process.

Our tech, ***** was so friendly and professional! He let me know what changes needed to be made to better accommodate our home, walked me through everything he was doing and how to work the system. He even recommended a fantastic taco truck down the road ;) We really enjoyed how fast he was able to come out after placing the order. So far, system has been great and very user friendly! Highly recommend **************************!

Alert 360 has been providing fantastic professional service at a reasonable price for my home security system for over four years plus. The tech who just came by to replace a glass break sensor was very knowledgeable and completed the work successfully and promptly. I highly recommend Alert 360!

I have had a good experience with Alert 360. I changed my internet provider this week and Alert 360 came out several days later and got my alarm system all working again! We enjoy the peace of mind the alarm and cameras provide.

Our service technician was *********** was absolutely fantastic. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable. He answered all questions we asked and showed us how to work everything. He was very polite & patient with us. We had him come back out & installed 2 extra cameras & was done in an hour & a half. Our sales lady was *********** also was very knowledgeable & helpful. It was a very nice experience overall. I would like to thank them both & would recommend them to anyone. ??
