Internet issues with our provider knocked out all our cameras. I was able to refresh two outdoor units, but doorbell camera would not reset even with tech phone support help. Service rep. ***** was dispatched and reviewed the situation. He had the camera up and running in a few minutes He reviewed the entire system while on site. A very personable young man who was very polite as nd knowledgeable.. We would welcome him back into our home anytime. System is up and running. We are extremely happy with service from Alert 360!

Very impressed! Alert ********************************************************************************* ******** from *******. Shortly thereafter, **** the technician messaged me that he had left ******* and his arrival was slated for an hour and forty-five minutes to two hours. He arrived at 9:45. One of our sensors was giving us issues. I want to say that it was very easy to schedule an appointment and a technician came out within a day or two. Once the technician came, he took care of the problem with great ease and explained things very patiently.

I have been with this company for 18 years and have been very pleased. I needed a couple of things checked, called, and got an appointment right away. The tech who came out called me when he was on the way, was very polite, patient, and efficient.
