My house sold over the HOLIDAYS in a slower market, cuz this Ehren is the jam on my peanut butter sandwich! Ehren and Resolution Realty handled my short sale very efficiently. Things ran very smoothly and they took care of everything. I had to do very little. They got a good offer in a reasonable amount of time on my home and then handled the closing process without any problems. I would definitely recommend Ehren to handle your short sale.
